Free 20 minutes consultation

In this free 20-minute consultation, we'll get to know each other and discuss your health goals and concerns. You'll learn about my coaching style and how I can help you achieve optimal health. This will help us determine if we're a good fit for your wellness journey.

90 minutes intensive session:

In our 90-minute coaching session, we'll focus on your main concern, create a customized plan with a SMART goal, and practice mindfulness. I'll offer resources and be available via email and text for a week post-session for support and to celebrate your progress.

Three months package

This program focuses on building a strong self and body connection and a healthy relationship with food. We'll meet bi-monthly for 60 minutes to tackle obstacles and set practical goals. I'll offer continuous support, guidance, and accountability. You'll get helpful resources throughout, and a personalized gift at the end to celebrate your progress.

Six months package

This program aims to improve your self-confidence, food relationship, and overall wellness in mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. In bi-monthly 60-minute sessions, we'll explore 12 life dimensions and create a customized six-month plan. You'll receive weekly support, resources, and a personalized gift at the end to celebrate your achievements.
