Chinese Style Garlic BokChoy

A fan favorite, these Bok Choy are perfect with some rice, kimchi, and a side of protein. Mouthwatering, crispy, healthy, and full of flavors, I guarantee this will be your new favorite side dish. No need to order as a takeout when you can make this easily at home in under 10 minutes :)

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch bokchoy
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ½ soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the Bok Choy properly 
  2. In a pan, heat some sesame oil and add garlic until golden
  3. Add the Bok Choy and cover with a lid for a few minutes
  4. Add the soy sauce and black vinegar, mix it well then add the white pepper and salt
  5. Let it crisp for 2-3 minutes
  6. Serve it with rice, kimchi, mushrooms, or any side you prefer
